How soon can I make a reservation?

Private jets can often be arranged within 2–4 hours. However, for the best availability and optimal prices, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance.

What documents do I need?

You need a valid passport for international flights. An identity card is sufficient for domestic flights. All passenger data must be submitted for the manifest before the flight.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, changes are possible. Please contact us as early as possible. Last-minute changes (less than 24 hours in advance) may incur additional costs depending on the availability of the aircraft.

How much does a private jet cost?

The costs depend on the type of aircraft, distance, and flight duration. Light jets start at around €3,000 per hour, heavy jets at around €8,000 per hour. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

What is included in the price?

The base price includes aircraft rental, crew, standard catering, landing and handling fees. Extras such as premium catering, de-icing fees, or special ground services are charged separately.

Do I pay per seat or for the entire aircraft?

You charter the entire aircraft. The price remains the same—regardless of whether one person or the full capacity is flying. You have the aircraft exclusively to yourself.

Are there any additional broker fees?

No, you do not pay any agency fees. Our commission is already included in the offer—transparent and with no hidden costs.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, most private jets are pet-friendly. Your pet will travel right alongside you in the cabin. Some operators charge a small cleaning fee or require certain documents.

How much luggage can I take with me?

That depends on the type of aircraft. Light jets typically allow one standard suitcase per person, while larger jets have generous luggage compartments. Oversized luggage is possible by arrangement.

Is there Wi-Fi and catering?

Most modern jets offer Wi-Fi. Standard snacks and beverages are included. Full meals can be customized according to your preferences.

Is smoking permitted on private jets?

Cancellation & Security

What are the cancellation policies?

The conditions vary depending on the operator. In general, the closer to the departure date, the higher the cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, there are usually only small fees.

What happens in the event of technical problems?

How are air operators inspected?

We only work with certified operators who meet all EU safety standards. Each operator is checked for licenses, insurance, and safety record.
